• Documents you upload to your knowledge base
• RFPs you submit for proposal generation
• Generated proposals and edits

Usage Data

• Feature usage and interaction patterns

• IP address and approximate location

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to:

• Provide and improve our proposal generation service
• Process your documents and generate tailored proposals
• Manage your account and billing
• Send service-related communications
• Ensure security and prevent fraud

3. AI and Your Data

Your documents are never used to train AI models. We use AI to generate proposals from your content, but your documents are never shared with third parties or used to improve general AI models. Your data is processed only to serve your requests.

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with:

• Service providers who help us operate (hosting, payment processing via Stripe, email delivery)
• As required by law in response to valid legal process

5. Data Security

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. Upon account deletion, all personal data and uploaded documents are permanently deleted within 30 days. Generated proposals and associated content are deleted immediately.
